Interview

Why did you choose this career? (02/08/2008)

I am naturally curious, analytical, and innovative. Starting from my earliest creative passion drawing and painting, I became increasingly interested in music studies, math, business, then physics. Leading beyond audio and music engineering and computing technology (e.g. 3D convolved audio) human factors: metacognition and systemics and the intersection and importance of these in businesses applying interactive simulations. Also this career depends on highly diverse and collaborative teams to innovate at increasingly levels.

Describe your ideal work environment. (11/23/2007)

Innovative, agile, dynamic, egalitarian, team orientated. An environment where performance, learning, sharing and knowledge are supported by fair and honest accountability. A environment which recognizes, communicates and rewards top performers, respects work life balance and allows everyone to contribute to its creation.
